Review of my Oklahoma WIC App
The my Oklahoma WIC app is a free utility tool for Android users. It is developed by WCD WIC Program and is specifically designed for the Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) administered by State agencies and Indian Tribal Organizations (ITO). The app provides program and user-specific information to WIC participants.
The app has three main features, Benefits, Food Finder, and Messages. Benefits displays the available quantity and description of the current and future household benefits. Food Finder helps you find WIC allowed foods at the store by scanning UPC barcodes or entering UPC/PLU manually. Messages communicate useful appointment, benefit, and clinic notifications to WIC families. The app is user-friendly and provides accurate and relevant information to WIC participants.
